Everyday Alterations
Every alteration has its own marking diagram and instructions.
Use safety pins or tailor's chalk. Alternatively enter the requested change in centimetres. Never cut your garment. For complex alterations, we will confirm fit before sewing.

After your quote is approved and payment is arranged, Smartwear will provide a printable prepaid courier label. Print it, attach it to your parcel and choose a collection or drop-off option.

What if my garment needs a more complex alteration?
Choose the custom quote option, describe the request and include photos. We will assess feasibility and pricing before work is agreed.
How are pickup and return dates chosen?
Pickup dates follow suburb-based weekly routes. The order builder proposes a return seven days later; actual dates require confirmation.
Can you visit our wedding party for a fitting?
Yes, by appointment. A call-out fee varies with location and is confirmed in advance. The agreed fee is credited against your alteration bill if you proceed with an order.
Can I pay online now?
Not yet. This is a website preview; online payments and automatic receipts will be enabled only after a secure payment integration is completed and tested.
What if an alteration needs an adjustment?
Please contact Smartwear promptly so the garment and original instructions can be reviewed. A detailed re-adjustment, cancellation and refund policy will be published before live bookings and payments begin.
